Here's something to keep yourself busy and stand to win attractive prizes.
- The Noam Concours is known as one of the most prestigious contests for picture book illustrations in the world. Organised by the Asia/Pacific Cultural Centre for UNESCO (ACCU), it aims to provide an opportunity to introduce the works of illustrators in Asia, the Pacific, Latin America, the Caribbean, Africa and the Middle East to the wider world.
- Entrants should be above 15 years old, and entries should comprise five or more separate illustrations for one picture book.
- Cash prizes and medals will be awarded by an international jury meeting in November 2008. The closing date for entries is 30 September 2008.
