It is an encouraging sign that some of you have promptly submitted your letters. However, there are still a handful of you who have yet to do so:
Vanessa Khoo (302) - 24/3 (* I only received your copy for 7/4)
Nicol Shaquilla Hunt (307) - 24/3, 31/3 & 7/4
Qing Yu (304) - 10/4
Samantha (203) - 7/4
This is the last warning for the above students and failure to hand in your copies of MCs or letters of excuse by 02 May (Fri), to any of the exco-members, will result in your memberships for subsequent terms to be revoked.

For all subsequent letters, do take note that you are to include your parent/guardian's name and telephone number at the end of the letter before they are considered valid. (Exco-members are to take note of this before accepting their letters.)
